1. What are your delivery charges?


For ex-stock products we operate a next-day-delivery service where possible. Carriage is paid for orders over £75.00 for accessories and £150.00 for cables within the UK mainland.

Otherwise, for small packages within mainland UK and Europe, we use standard Royal Mail postage. This we calculate on the average weight of each packet. e.g. a packet of ring terminals weighs around 150 grams.

For heavier parcels including any cables we use a carrier service and postage is a fixed charge per consignment.

Timed deliveries are available at extra cost.

2. What happens if I want to return something?


If there is a product you wish to return, for whatever reason, we will always try to find the best solution. This will usually involve you sending the item(s) back to us. For cables, we may have to charge a handling fee. Please contact us so we can discuss fully.

3. I can’t find an item I really need – can you help?

Currently the website only holds a small percentage of the items we sell. So if you need something you don’t see online, let us know and we try our best to source it for you.

4. I want to buy regularly from you – can I open an account?

5. You sell 100 terminals in each packet - but I only want a few of each terminal – can you help me?


Of course! Email us at Email sales@wireworksonline.co.uk with what you need and we’ll see what we can do for you. Also we now supply mixed terminal sets where you can select each terminal you require and they are shipped in a clear-lid box with the terminals in their own section..

6. I need help with an order or choosing terminals – what can I do?

7. I want some cable, but I don't need a whole reel – can you help?


Where possible we offer a cut-to-length service, so you don't need to buy more cable than you actually need. Email us at sales@wireworksonline.co.uk or ring 01332 882267 and we’ll be pleased to help you out.

8. Do you stock tools?


As a matter of course, we don’t stock crimping tools, but we can supply you with any tools you might need for any of the crimps we sell.

9. Do you have a catalogue you can send me?


We currently don't produce a catalogue as the website lists most of our products. If you cannot find a specification that you need, contact us and we’ll gladly provide you with one.
